This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of cyber services, network systems, software, platforms, infrastructure, and resources provided by Loopcore Enterprises. The purpose of this AUP is to promote responsible, lawful, secure, and fair use of services while protecting customers, systems, and network integrity.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1.1 Customers shall use services in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and industry standards.
1.2 Customers are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, devices, credentials, networks, and authorized users.
1.3 Customers shall take reasonable steps to protect account credentials, devices, and systems from unauthorized access or misuse.
2.1 Customers shall not use services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or malicious purposes.
2.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
2A.1 Nothing in this AUP shall prohibit lawful, authorized security testing, vulnerability assessment, research, or defensive security activities conducted with appropriate permission.
2A.2 Customers who discover security vulnerabilities affecting Loopcore Enterprises services are encouraged to report them responsibly and shall not be considered in violation of this AUP solely for good faith reporting activities conducted within authorized limits.
3.1 Customers shall not engage in activities that degrade, disrupt, interfere with, damage, or adversely affect network performance, infrastructure, services, or other users.
3.2 Customers shall not intentionally generate excessive, abusive, or harmful traffic designed to impair network stability or service availability.
3.3 Loopcore Enterprises may implement reasonable traffic management, security, or operational measures necessary to maintain network integrity and service quality.
3A.1 Customers shall use services in a manner that does not unreasonably impair the ability of other customers to access or enjoy available network resources.
3A.2 Loopcore Enterprises may implement reasonable technical measures intended to preserve network stability, service quality, and equitable resource allocation.
4.1 Customers shall not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, access controls, hotspot systems, account restrictions, service limitations, security mechanisms, or usage controls.
4A.1 Customers shall not share, resell, distribute, sublicense, or provide access to services, credentials, accounts, vouchers, authentication details, or access rights in a manner inconsistent with their subscribed service plan or written agreement.
4A.2 Reasonable personal, household, organizational, or business use consistent with the subscribed service shall not constitute a violation of this provision.
4.2 Customers shall not obtain unauthorized access to services, accounts, systems, or resources belonging to Loopcore Enterprises or third parties.
4A.3 Commercial resale, redistribution, or provision of services to third parties for compensation requires prior written authorization from Loopcore Enterprises unless expressly permitted under the applicable service agreement.
4A.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent ordinary use by members of the same household, organization, or business where such use is consistent with the subscribed service plan.
5.1 Customers are responsible for the security, configuration, and maintenance of devices connected to services.
5.2 Customers should take reasonable measures to prevent devices from becoming sources of spam, malware, unauthorized traffic, or security threats.
5.3 Where customer equipment is reasonably believed to be compromised and presents a security, abuse, or operational risk, Loopcore Enterprises may implement temporary protective measures, including traffic restrictions or suspension, until the issue is resolved.
6.1 Customers shall respect intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and proprietary rights of others.
6.2 Customers shall not knowingly distribute, reproduce, or make available content in violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
6A.1 Customers remain responsible for content they create, upload, transmit, publish, store, or distribute using services.
6A.2 Loopcore Enterprises does not routinely monitor customer content but may take reasonable action where unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content is identified or reported.
6A.3 Customers shall not knowingly use services to store, publish, transmit, distribute, facilitate, or promote content that is unlawful under applicable law.
6B.1 Customers shall not use services to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, forged, unauthorized, or unlawful information to government, educational, financial, employment, licensing, or other third-party systems.
6B.2 Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and authenticity of information submitted through services provided by Loopcore Enterprises.
6B.3 Customers shall not request assistance with activities intended to circumvent legal, regulatory, academic, licensing, identity verification, or security requirements imposed by third parties.
6C.1 Customers requesting software repair, unlocking, recovery, firmware installation, rooting, operating system modification, or related services represent that they own the device or possess lawful authorization to request such services.
6C.2 Loopcore Enterprises reserves the right to refuse services where ownership, authorization, or legitimacy cannot reasonably be verified.
6C.3 Customers shall not use services to bypass lawful ownership protections, anti-theft mechanisms, security controls, or access restrictions in violation of applicable law.
6C.4 Customers acknowledge that certain device software services may be subject to manufacturer, platform, security, warranty, licensing, or account restrictions, and Loopcore Enterprises shall not be required to perform services that would violate applicable law or contractual obligations.
6D.1 Customers shall not use printing, copying, scanning, formatting, or document processing services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or prohibited purposes.
6D.2 Customers remain responsible for the legality, ownership, accuracy, and content of materials submitted for processing.
6D.3 Loopcore Enterprises reserves the right to refuse services where requested materials are reasonably believed to violate applicable law or this AUP.
7.1 Loopcore Enterprises may investigate suspected violations of this AUP where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, services, legal interests, or network integrity.
7.2 Customers may be required to cooperate with reasonable requests relating to security incidents, abuse complaints, fraud prevention, technical investigations, or legal obligations.
7.3 Loopcore Enterprises may disclose information where required by applicable law, lawful court order, regulatory requirement, or other legal process.
7.4 Investigations shall be conducted in a manner reasonably consistent with applicable law, privacy obligations, and legitimate business needs.
7A.1 Loopcore Enterprises may review abuse reports, complaints, or allegations received from customers, third parties, or authorities.
7A.2 Enforcement actions shall not be based solely upon unverified allegations where reasonable investigation is possible.
7A.3 Knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent abuse reports may be disregarded and may constitute a violation of this AUP where submitted by a customer.
8.1 Where a violation is suspected or confirmed, Loopcore Enterprises may take reasonable measures including warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, traffic filtering, service limitations, or account termination depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
8.2 Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect network security, service availability, customers, legal compliance, or public safety.
8.3 Where reasonably practicable and consistent with security, legal, or operational requirements, Loopcore Enterprises may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy violations before suspension or termination.
8A.1 Customers may request review of enforcement actions where they reasonably believe a restriction, suspension, limitation, or termination was applied in error.
8A.2 Nothing in this provision shall require Loopcore Enterprises to delay actions necessary to protect cyber services, network security, legal compliance, or public safety.
8A.3 Requests for review should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action unless exceptional circumstances exist.
9.1 This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, security, or technological changes.
9.2 Continued use of services after publication of an updated policy may constitute acceptance of the revised version.
9.3 This AUP shall be interpreted in accordance with the governing law provisions contained in the applicable Terms and Conditions and Governing Law policy.
9.4 Material changes to this policy may be communicated through the Company's website, customer portal, email, or other reasonable means.
