20.1 Loopcore Enterprises may maintain technical records generated during the provision and use of services, including authentication records, IP address assignments, connection sessions, bandwidth utilization, device identifiers, network diagnostics, service logs, and related operational data.

20B.1 Documents submitted for printing, copying, scanning, formatting, or processing may be temporarily handled or viewed to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

20B.2 Loopcore Enterprises endeavors to handle such materials in a confidential and responsible manner consistent with operational requirements.

20B.3 Documents are not intentionally retained longer than reasonably necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or record keeping purposes.
