This Force Majeure Policy explains how events beyond the reasonable control of Loopcore Enterprises may affect the delivery of products and services.

1.1 Loopcore Enterprises strives to provide reliable internet, technical, networking, software, consultation, and cyber services.
1.2 Certain events beyond the reasonable control of either party may prevent, delay, interrupt, or affect performance of obligations.
1.3 This Policy sets out how such events will be handled fairly and reasonably.
2.1 A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that prevents, delays, or materially interferes with performance.

3.1 Where a Force Majeure Event occurs, affected obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event and for a reasonable recovery period.
3.2 Delays or interruptions caused by a Force Majeure Event shall not constitute a breach of contract by the affected party.
3.3 Loopcore Enterprises shall use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore services as soon as reasonably practicable.
4.1 Internet installations, repairs, technical support, device services, consultations, and cyber services may be delayed, suspended, rescheduled, or restricted during a Force Majeure Event.
4.2 Loopcore Enterprises shall make reasonable efforts to communicate material service disruptions where practical.
4.3 Customers remain responsible for charges relating to services already delivered before the Force Majeure Event occurred.
5.1 Force Majeure Events do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
5.2 Refunds, credits, extensions, or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis where fair and reasonable under the circumstances.
5.3 Nothing in this Policy prevents Loopcore Enterprises from providing goodwill credits, service extensions, or alternative remedies where appropriate.
6.1 Loopcore Enterprises relies on telecommunications providers, utility providers, equipment suppliers, government systems, financial institutions, and other third parties.
6.2 Loopcore Enterprises shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures arising solely from Force Majeure Events affecting such third parties.
7.1 Both Loopcore Enterprises and its customers should take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of a Force Majeure Event where practical.
7.2 Neither party may rely on Force Majeure where the event could reasonably have been avoided or mitigated through ordinary care.
8.1 Where a Force Majeure Event continues for an extended period and makes performance impossible or commercially impractical, either party may seek to cancel the affected service by providing reasonable notice.
8.2 Any refund or adjustment following cancellation shall take into account services already provided, costs already incurred, and applicable law.
9.1 Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9.2 Where Kenyan law grants additional rights or protections, such rights shall prevail to the extent required by law.
10.1 Loopcore Enterprises may update this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, technological, or business changes.
10.2 Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
